My zombie facial was absolutely incredible! I walked out of there with brand new skin it felt like! The following day, I even had someone tell me they didn’t believe my age! I will absolutely be back!

Won a free facial but wanted to upgrade… what an awesome experience! Did the beyond Botox one and loved every minute. Results were exceptional and will return again for sure. Also did the Dermaplaning…Very clean, relaxing environment.. top of the line products… Karen is very knowledgeable, gentle, no push to up sell products. Awesome feeling to my skin… if you have never tried a facial… go to Karen… you will not be disappointed!

When I first saw NP Karen's social media posting, immediately she caught my attention. My first impression was that she spoke both languages. Kind of difficult to find in Central Florida nowadays. She patiently answered all my questions in details. Her knowledge is outstanding. Karen is caring, her follow ups are phenomenal and she helps you focus to reach your goals. Love her personality and tips to stay on track. If you haven't reached out to her yet, I guarantee you won't regret it!

I've been going to Karen at Bottumzup for over a year now and she never ceases to amaze me. I received a facial for the very first time today and out of all the facials I've gotten in my lifetime, she is by far the absolute best! She made the entire experience from start to finish SO relaxing, I didn't want my appointment to end!! She goes above and beyond in everything she does & always gives you a little extra to make your experience memorable! By giving a little extra, I mean.. the hand massage, the neck massage, the scalp massage, just everything! She's the best of the best and left my face GLOWING! I'd highly recommend her services to anyone needing a spa day!!! She's AMAZING and her spa is SO cute & welcoming!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
