Yes! I provide Concierge service to provide IV therapy to treat anyone who is sick, or dehydrated. It is important to provide maintenance, and replenish fluids during this time.

-Payment is due within 24 hours of your appointment. You may lose your appointment if payment is not received within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

-Cancellations and re-scheduled visits will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT -LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for an appointment, you may lose some of the allotted time for that appointment.  Your card will automatically be billed 24 hours prior to your appointment if payment is not received.

At Bottumzup we are a cash pay, only clinic, therefore presently we do not accept insurance plans but do accept other forms of payment ie, credit card and HSA! 


Labs required during time of visit may be done at outside facility. You will have the ability to use your insurance.  Quest Lab

Yes, these medications are safe and obtained through licensed compounding pharmacies who undergo monitoring by the FDA. There are only a few contraindications for each class of medications. We will review these at your initial consult to make sure you are a good fit. 

This medication is not recommended for current medical illnesses such as:

  • if you are Diabetic, you must have clearance from your PCP 
  • History or family history of Thyroid Cancer
  • History of Pancreatitis
  • History of Gastroparesis
  • if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

Side effects can happen. The most common are gastrointestinal and may include nausea, acid reflux and constipation. There are ways to lessen side effects. We will discuss this at your consult visit.
